Bespoke Functionality
Incentivise has been designed to allow easy-bespoking and 'applets' can be readily created to run on the Incentivise member site. Applets use API's to communicate with the Incentivise database and to access ancillary data that is held adjacent to Incentivise. Applets can display individual performance charts and graphics showing i.e. achievement against target, sales to date etc.
A Developer Pack of training, technical materials and test environments is available if your team wish to develop applets or Sigmer can develop these for you.
Learning Activities
The integral Activity Management System allows non-technical staff to create activities for e-learning, knowledge reinforcement and communications. Incentivise is delivered with a number of ready-made templates which meet the requirements for most content presentation. However, additional bespoke templates can be easily provided if required.
Member Details
Incentivise holds core details about each scheme member but these can be easily extended to hold additional attributes.
Integration
Integration is achieved via a number of paths including inbound and outbound webservices. Read our Agency Technology page for more details.
Reporting
The Incentivise data model is designed to allow easy enquiry and reporting and it provides full accounting and budget-tracking. Bespoke reports can be easily developed.
Reward Shop
We understand that agencies may already have existing reward shops and Incentivise is designed to allow alternative shops to be plugged in without difficulty.
