Structure
Incentivise is a points-based incentivisation system consisting of a Member Site (which is used by the members of the scheme) and a Management Site (which is used by campaign managers and budget-holders). The Incentivise data model is designed to allow easy enquiry and reporting with full accounting and budget-tracking.
Bespoking
The system has been designed to allow easy-bespoking and 'applets' can be readily created to run on the member site. Applets can display individual performance charts and graphics showing i.e. achievement against target, sales to date etc. See the bespoking Incentivise pages to learn more.
Visual Design
Through the use of themes and templates creative staff have considerable freedom to develop sophisticated designs for both desktop and mobile devices.
Integration
Integration is achieved via a number of paths including inbound and outbound webservices. Data can be easily uploaded using dedicated spreadsheet import facilities.
Integration with host gateways and intranets for member single sign-on is possible as is member self-registration.
Licensing
Incentivise is deployed as a package and each instance is licensed either by the agency or the end-customer.
Reward Shop
The default shop delivered with Incentivise is a full-featured e-commerce site giving customers a normal on-line shopping experience. Purchases are debited against their Incentivise account and they can create wish-lists etc. The shop has full management facilities allowing normal shop operations to be conducted by the Agency or their customer. The shop provides for various fulfilment services. Normal e-commerce reporting facilities are provided.
We understand that agencies may already have existing reward shops and Incentivise is designed to allow alternative shops to be plugged in without difficulty. The shop communicates with Incentivise via web-services and purchases are debited from the user's Incentivise points account. Options exist for multiple points-types and multiple reward catalogues that have restricted access based on user attributes and/or points-types.
Hosting
The system can be deployed in a number of ways with hosting provided by:
- By the agency
- By the customer
- By us (Sigmer Technologies) - we have server racks located in Telecity Group Meridian Gate and can offer shared or dedicated servers within a high-physical security environment. With dynamic bandwidth, multi-home connectivity and full standby power facilities we are able to provide very high application availability
