Recognise

Recognising achievement
The 2nd stage of the process is the recognition of achievement and allocation of reward points.
Individual and team achievement data is automatically received from incentive campaign activities, and fed into the system to accurately allocate the rewards points. The achievement data may also be collated from external systems such as:
E-learning or learning management systems- Knowledge management systems
- Call monitoring/management systems
- Sales systems
- Time and attendance systems
- HR systems
Converting achievement into reward
Recognition of achievement can be determined automatically or manually, by pre-set rules that convert achievement to reward. An incentive campaign may contain a number of activities, with each activity having its own specific rules which convert achievement into reward.
Points management
The rewarding of ad-hoc achievement is also provided for within the framework, which allows managers to make impromptu awards if required. Rewards are usually points based; allocated points are stored in an employee's personal account, similar in style to a bank account, which is highly motivating to staff as they see their points accumulate.
