How it works
A proven approach

Daily embedding activity
Through our work with the contact-centres of Sky and its outsourced-partners we have developed a number of techniques that have a proven beneficial effect on knowledge retention.
Knowledge features
Knowledge learned in the classroom, at the workplace, or via on-line and self-study can all be reinforced, embedded and measured using the special features of our Incentivise product. Features such as light-touch daily memory-joggers that can be easily created and deployed to your chosen audiences. Incentivise also has built-in on-line learning and all facilities are audience-managed to allow you to target the correct staff with the correct activities.
Measuring
Regular fun-quizzes can both act as a valuable pointer as to the knowledge level of a particular topic and as a gentle reinforcement of that information. Incentivise's quiz facilities can also be used to assess the success of a number of training methods giving objective feedback, post-learning, into the training process. Such information can allow operational management to determine the best training method for a particular requirement and to assess the needs and targets for mentoring, coaching and remedial training.
Monitoring levels of knowledge helps management to adopt a more risk-based approach to quality monitoring. With a detailed understanding of where knowledge levels are strong and weak, valuable Quality resources can be targeted to monitor operational processes and areas that are most at risk.
Teams
Sigmer's approach also facilitates team-learning; encouraging team members to share information and techniques in a friendly and rewarding environment. Incentivise has facilities to allow teams to work together gently using peer collaboration to boost levels of knowledge that have been targeted by operational management.
