Incentivise provides an Incentive Management System where all aspects of the creation and management of incentive schemes can successfully perform.

e-learning module
All roles in the incentivisation process are supported, from the budget holder commissioning the campaign to the individual who is being incentivised.
All participants are provided with the appropriate functionality, and this is based on our unique Realise, Recognise, Reward approach, which ensures an holistic and coherent approach to the introduction and management of incentive schemes.
Sponsors and budget-holders
Create targeted campaigns to incentivise an entire workforce or specific teams within it. A simple quiz to benchmark employee knowledge can be conducted prior to campaign launch. Sophisticated reporting allows budget holders to see how their budget is being spent, who is being incentivised, the achieved change in performance, and other metrics.
Campaign Managers
Create incentive schemes to target specific areas of performance and behaviour, aimed at employees on an individual or team level. Support is also available for team managers, to help them maximise campaign effectiveness. On and off-line activities can be linked to provide exciting and inspiring rewards. The incentive schemes can also be applied to outsource partners and 3rd party organisations.
Team Leaders
See how teams, and individuals within teams, are achieving, earning and spending rewards. Team Leaders can also earn rewards themselves for helping their team to successfully achieve.

Scheme members
Incentivise gives staff access to details and promotional material for member incentive campaigns. They have their own Incentivise bank-style account, and access to reward catalogues where they can spend their points. Where appropriate, staff can communicate with other scheme members, campaign managers and team leaders, via the Incentivise Bulletin Board.
