Quick and easy points management
Points can be spent in an online shop or they may be converted directly into payroll. Employees can check their accounts to see a record of their earned and spent points. They can also create wish lists that automatically update with the quantity of points required to reach their target.
Rewards flexibility
Different types of staff or teams may require different types of reward, and Incentivise allows Managers to create different catalogues of rewards for specific groups. Reward catalogues can be created to relate to something topical or specific to the campaign or organisation.
