The final stage of our approach is where members spend their points on rewards!

A world of choice!

Points can be spent in an online shop, on a variety of predetermined goods, or they can be converted directly into payroll. Members can see the amount of points they have earned and spent in their personal accounts, where they can also create wish lists of items to save for.

Rewards can take the form of:

  • Additional annual leave
  • Flexi-time credits
  • Cash, paid through salary, or directly to partner organisations
  • Share options
  • Training programs

Multiple reward options

Different types of staff or teams may require different types of reward, and Incentivise allows the creation of multiple reward catalogues for varying groups. Reward catalogues can be created to relate to something topical, or specific to the campaign or organisation.
